Exchange and Return Policy
Our commitment is to your satisfaction. You chose your product in our online store, however, when you received it, you found that there was a manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it in accordance with the terms below:
- Dissatisfaction with the product: period of 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt.
- Product is defective: period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt.
It is important to remember that the first step in exchanging or returning is to notify our Customer Service Center by contacting us via email at contato@aguacomlimao@gmail.com .
Our team will instruct the customer on how to return the Product.
To return a product due to dissatisfaction:
The product must not have signs of use, in the case of watches, the product must not have been removed from the bracelet for adjustment, the product must be sent as it was received, with the original packaging (post office packaging, with label), otherwise the refund or exchange will not be made.
As soon as we receive the package, an analysis will be carried out to confirm that everything is in accordance with the Item return conditions. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you and, in this case, you will be able to choose:
- Exchange for any other product that is available in our stock or
- Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products, (we do not refund the shipping cost if the product delivered is the correct model and is in perfect condition).
Guarantee :
All products in the store have a 30 (thirty) day guarantee, counting from receipt of the product.
For the warranty to be activated, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 (one) minute that presents and proves the problem/fault. This video must also show the packaging of the product received (Post Office packaging, with label), It is essential that the packaging is shown in the video.
The customer can also prove the defect through photos that clearly show the defect. The product packaging must be shown in the photo.
If the customer is unable to take the video or send the photo, it will be necessary to send the product to our address in Minas Gerais for analysis. The cost of this shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The product must be sent with the original Post Office packaging with the recipient's label without damage.

IMPORTANT :
Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that occurs after purchasing the device from our company, such as broken or cracked screens, among other similar problems.
The warranty also does not cover:
- Fluid damage, such as dropping the product into water or leaving it submerged; although some products are water resistant, there are some limits to be respected from product to product;
- Damage caused by attempts to repair or adapt the device by you or third parties;
- Improper use of accessories;
- Faults or damages that may arise due to normal wear and tear - for example, scratches on the screen due to use, oxidation due to excess uric acid from the user of the product;
- Acceptable reduction in battery life;
- Tests to check the resistance of the product, such as a test to check the resistance of the watch glass or a test to check water resistance, among others.
